1st Class Delivery
All orders of items in stock placed before 4pm will usually be dispatched the same day. All orders containing items out of stock will result in a member of the team contacting the customer to discuss their options. Substitutions may be offered to ensure the order leaves the same day. Back Orders are also offered and are nearly always dispatched within 48 hours. All orders are sent 1st class and the customer has the option to select ‘signed for’ at checkout.

Deliver to Store (Same Day)
Orders containing items in stock, placed before the cut-off for the area in which the chosen store is located, will be delivered the same day (excluding Sundays). For cut-off times, see below. Please note that the last dispatch for ‘deliver to store’ orders will strictly be 4pm. Orders placed after this time, or any cut-off time for other areas, will be delivered to chosen stores the next working day. ‘Deliver to store’ orders placed after cut-off time on Saturdays or at any point on Sundays will be delivered to stores on Monday. ‘Deliver to store’ orders will be held at the chosen store until collected by the customer; there is no deadline for collection. Customers must bring either photographic ID or proof of order (confirmation email) with them when collecting their order.
All orders placed with either ‘Deliver to store’ or ‘Same Day delivery’ options are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse, which is why there is a charge. The stock in our stores is exempt from both of these types of delivery so under no circumstances may customers place an order and attempt to collect their products before the order has arrived at their chosen store. Customers will be notified by text/email when their orders dispatch for their chosen store. Please provide a valid phone number when ordering.

How does Same Day Delivery work?
The current postcode list with order cut off times are shown below. Any orders placed after cut-off times will be delivered at the earliest opportunity the next day.
This service is available 7 days a week until further notice. Sign up for our newsletter for regular updates on changes to the delivery options we offer.
We aim to deliver all parcels by 8 pm but it can sometimes be later.
If you have an address that is particularly hard to find, please provide instructions via the order notes when you order.
To combat the regular issues that Royal Mail have been having all year, we have created our own delivery network, using drivers employed by us. We now offer Guaranteed next Day delivery, 7 days a week which means that we personally deliver your orders. This service is available to certain Post Codes only and we plan to increase our radius to at least 40% of the country by the summer of 2021. Use our Post Code checker at the top of this page to see if you qualify for this service. Orders containing items in stock placed before Midnight the day previous, will qualify for Guaranteed Next Day delivery. When selecting this option, use the order notes to inform our drivers of anything they need to know, in relation to your address, especially for those who’s houses only have a name and not a number. Likewise, use the order notes if you have specific instructions regarding where you want a parcel to be left. All our drivers are instructed to post deliveries where possible, which means YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN to accept delivery. In the event that the parcel does not fit through the letterbox, the driver may contact you to arrange a safe place to leave it. Drivers are instructed to leave parcels with a suitable neighbour if need be and in this scenario, a calling card will be left explaining which neighbour the parcel has been left with. Drivers are instructed to take a photo on location as proof of delivery.
We now ship to most of mainland Europe and we are currently adding lots more countries worldwide.
Spend over £30 and the shipping fee will be significantly reduced. All orders to Europe are shipped by Royal Mail using their International Standard delivery.
This service aims to deliver between 3 and 5 working days within Europe. 6 – 7 working days outside of Europe.
For countries outside of the UK parcels will be sent by International Saver by default, but you will have the option to upgrade to an International Tracked service.
