All orders of items in stock placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day. All orders containing items out of stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. All orders are sent 1st class and the customer has the option to select ‘signed for’ at checkout.
Please note: Some deliveries require items to be sourced from our shops, therefore resulting in multiple packages at multiple times. We appreciate your understanding.
Free delivery when you spend £30 or more
FREE standard delivery is available on all orders worth £30 or more. Upgrade to ‘signed for’ delivery for only £1.

For orders under £30, standard delivery is £1.95. Alternatively, you can choose the ‘signed for’ delivery option for £2.95.

SAME DAY DELIVERY: HOW DOES IT WORK?
Recent events have inspired us to accelerate our decision to offer same day delivery across our entire network. Our goal is to be able to offer this service in all 7 counties that our stores are currently situated in by 2021.
The current postcode list is as follows:

SP (ORDER BEFORE 4pm):
GU (ORDER BEFORE 4pm):
Plus all PO postcodes (excluding IOW). (ORDER BEFORE 6pm)
When placing your order, you will be asked for your postal code and if applicable, you’ll be offered same day delivery. To begin with, you will not be able to pick a time slot but we will guarantee same day delivery on all orders placed before 7pm but please note we deliver up until 11:59pm so please bear that in mind when placing a same day order. We hope to add the option to pick a time slot by Summer 2020.
Our drivers will be instructed to post all orders where possible. In the event that this is not possible, they will be instructed to knock on the door and leave the package on the doorstep, whilst waiting for the recipient to arrive at the door. If nobody arrives within 60 seconds, they will retrieve the package and leave a note explaining the failed delivery attempt.
If when placing the order, you know you will not be in to receive the delivery, please use the notes section to request a safe place to leave the package. The driver will be instructed to photograph the package in the requested place as proof of delivery.
If we attempt delivery and there is no answer, the parcel will be brought back to the warehouse and shipped first class.
Please note: we cannot deliver to Military camps or bases at this time as it is very tricky to reach the customer.
